At Lodge Cast Iron, we stand behind the quality of our cookware and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Cookware

  Carefully pack your items in their original box or a sturdy equivalent, ensuring heavy cast iron pieces are well-cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect the item at our foundry, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
